10. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve it. Analytics is optional. Google Analytics is not loaded and no Google Analytics cookies are created unless you select Accept analytics. If you select Reject, analytics remains disabled. If you later withdraw consent, further analytics collection is disabled and we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies.

After consent, Google Analytics may use identifiers and first-party cookies and Google may process analytics information as our service provider. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and can be changed using Analytics settings in the footer.

We do not deliberately send contact-form message content, names, email addresses, organisations or other directly identifying contact-form information to Google Analytics. After a successful enquiry, we send only a generate lead event without the form details.
